How does leaf cleanup service work?
Leaf cleanup can be scheduled as a one-time service or as a short-term recurring service throughout leaf season. For recurring accounts, we collect leaves biweekly using our commercial leaf vacuum system, remove the debris from the property, and continue service until leaf drop has ended for the season.

Yes. One-time cleanups are common for properties that have gotten ahead of the owner, for rentals between tenants and before a house goes on the market.
